A refreshing Middle Eastern salad with bulgur wheat, fresh herbs, and vegetables, dressed simply with lemon juice and olive oil.

Tabbouleh Salad

ingridients

  • 200g bulgur wheat, cooked

  •  1 bunch parsley, chopped

  •  1 bunch mint, chopped

  •  4 tomatoes, diced

  •  1 cucumber, diced

  •  4 spring onions, sliced

  •  100ml lemon juice

  •  2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Mix bulgur, parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, and spring onions in a bowl.

  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.

  3. Toss and serve.
