ingridients

  • 1 romaine lettuce head, chopped 

  • 200g black beans, drained and rinsed 

  • 200g corn kernels

  •  1 avocado, diced 

  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved 

  • 100g cheddar cheese, grated 

  • 100ml lime-cilantro dressing

Method

  1. Layer lettuce, black beans, corn, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese in a bowl. 

  2. Drizzle with lime-cilantro dressing.

  3.  Toss gently and serve.
