Roasted Brussels Sprout Salad

ingridients

  • 400g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 

  • 100g dried cranberries 50g pecans, toasted 

  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled 

  • 100ml balsamic vinaigrette

Method

  1. Roast Brussels sprouts until crispy. 

  2. Combine with cranberries, pecans, and feta.

  3.  Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette. 

  4.  Serve.
