A vibrant French salad with tuna, green beans, potatoes, and eggs, dressed in a tangy Dijon vinaigrette for a fresh, balanced meal.

Nicoise Salad

ingridients

  • 2 tins tuna, drained

  •  200g green beans, trimmed and blanched

  •  200g new potatoes, boiled and halved

  •  4 boiled eggs, halved

  • 100g olives 

  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved 

  • 100ml Dijon vinaigrette

Method

  1. Arrange green beans, potatoes, eggs, tomatoes, and tuna on a platter. 

  2. Add olives.

  3. Drizzle with vinaigrette 

  4. Serve.
