2 tins tuna, drained
200g green beans, trimmed and blanched
200g new potatoes, boiled and halved
4 boiled eggs, halved
100g olives
200g cherry tomatoes, halved
100ml Dijon vinaigrette
Method
Arrange green beans, potatoes, eggs, tomatoes, and tuna on a platter.
Add olives.
Drizzle with vinaigrette
Serve.
