A Mediterranean salad with chickpeas, vegetables, olives, and feta, dressed in lemon-oregano dressing.
ingridients
400g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cucumber, diced
200g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 red onion, chopped
100g Kalamata olives
100g feta cheese, crumbled
100ml lemon-oregano dressing
Method
Mix chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, and feta in a bowl.
Drizzle with lemon-oregano dressing.
Toss well and serve.
