Lentil Salad

ingridients

  • 200g cooked green lentils

  •  1 cucumber, diced 

  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved 

  • 1 red onion, finely chopped 

  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled 

  • 100ml lemon-tahini dressing

Method

  1. Combine lentils, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and feta in a bowl. 

  2. Drizzle with lemon-tahini dressing.

  3. Toss well.

  4.  Serve.
