A hearty salad with protein-packed lentils, fresh vegetables, and feta, dressed with creamy lemon-tahini dressing.
ingridients
200g cooked green lentils
1 cucumber, diced
200g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 red onion, finely chopped
100g feta cheese, crumbled
100ml lemon-tahini dressing
Method
Combine lentils, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and feta in a bowl.
Drizzle with lemon-tahini dressing.
Toss well.
Serve.
