Greek Salad with Quinoa

ingridients

  • 200g quinoa, cooked and cooled

  •  200g cherry tomatoes, halved

  •  1 cucumber, diced

  •  100g Kalamata olives

  •  100g feta cheese, crumbled

  •  100ml Greek dressing

Method

  1. Mix quinoa, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta in a bowl. 

  2. Drizzle with Greek dressing. 

  3. Toss well and serve.
