Cobb Salad

ingridients

  • 1 romaine lettuce head, chopped

  •  2 cooked chicken breasts, diced

  •  1 avocado, sliced

  •  4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  •  100g blue cheese, crumbled

  •  4 boiled eggs, quartered

  •  100ml red wine vinaigrette

Method

  1. Arrange lettuce on a large plate.

  2. Layer chicken, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, and eggs on top.

  3. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss gently.

  4. Serve.
