ingridients
1 romaine lettuce head, chopped
2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
1 avocado, sliced
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
100g blue cheese, crumbled
4 boiled eggs, quartered
100ml red wine vinaigrette
Method
Arrange lettuce on a large plate.
Layer chicken, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, and eggs on top.
Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss gently.
Serve.
