Classic Herb Vinaigrette

ingridients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  •  2 tbsp white wine vinegar

  •  1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

  •  1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  •  1 tsp Dijon mustard

  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, basil, parsley, and Dijon mustard.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Serve over salad.
