Chimichurri Dressing

ingridients

  • 60g fresh parsley, chopped

  • 30g fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 30ml red wine vinegar

  • 120ml olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Blend parsley, cilantro, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and garlic.

 2. Season with salt and pepper.

 3. Serve over salad.
