Chickpea Salad

ingridients

  • 400g chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  •  1 cucumber, diced

  •  200g cherry tomatoes, halved

  •  1 red onion, finely sliced

  •  100g feta cheese, crumble

  •  100ml lemon-herb dressing

Method

  • Mix chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and feta in a bowl.

  • Drizzle with lemon-herb dressing.

  •  Toss and serve.
