ingridients
400g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
200g fresh spinach
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 red onion, chopped
50g pumpkin seeds
100ml lemon-tahini dressing
Method
Combine chickpeas, spinach, bell pepper, and onion in a bowl.
Add pumpkin seeds.
Drizzle with lemon-tahini dressing and toss.
