Beef and broccoli noodles

This is one of my favourite quick meals to cook when I'm not feeling up to cooking or am in a rush. This simple Chinese dish is good for you and tastes great. Why waste your money getting a takeaway when you can make it at home for a fraction of the price?
ingridients
3 blocks egg noodles
1 broccoli, cut into florets
1 tbsp sesame oil
500g stir fry beef strips
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
For the sauce:
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 thumb sized piece of ginger, peeled and grated
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
Method
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and whisk well to combine
Cook the noodles following the pack instructions. One minute before they are cooked add the broccoli
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok over a high heat. Stir fry the beef until brown.
Add the sauce to the wok and stir, leaving it to simmer a bit
Turn off the heat. Stir in the noodles and broccoli until well covered.
Garnish with the spring onions just before serving
