ingridients

  • 200g shredded cabbage

  •  2 carrots, julienned

  •  1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  •  4 spring onions, sliced

  •  1 bunch coriander, chopped

  •  100ml sesame-ginger dressing

Method

  1. Combine cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, spring onions, and coriander in a bowl. 

  2. Drizzle with sesame-ginger dressing.

  3. Toss well and serve.
