A vibrant, crunchy slaw with fresh vegetables, enhanced by a zesty sesame-ginger dressing, perfect as a side or light main.
ingridients
200g shredded cabbage
2 carrots, julienned
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
4 spring onions, sliced
1 bunch coriander, chopped
100ml sesame-ginger dressing
Method
Combine cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, spring onions, and coriander in a bowl.
Drizzle with sesame-ginger dressing.
Toss well and serve.
